Facilities Rental / Reservations

Our Reservation and Calendar site is now available.

Thank you for your interest in holding your event at our facility. In the sample view below, you will note that you may view/browse the information on the site without creating an account or logging in. This "Calendar and Reservation Request Site" will launch in a new window.

Under "Browse" on the horizontal blue bar you have the options to view the Events Calendar, get room information in the Browse Facility or check out available rooms on specific dates in Browse for Space (sampled below) or Locate a Group by typing in the name of a non-RCC group if you know they use our facility.

On this Browse for Space page, you may click the arrow buttons to the left of the date to change the specific day viewed or click the arrow buttons to the left of the "Filter" to change the time span viewed. The "Capacity" column displays the recommended seating limit of each space. (Rooms with a "0" require more communication with our scheduler to assess the appropriateness of the space to your needs.)

Choose Log In or Create Account under the words "My Account" should you desire to submit a space request for your event (with the exception of weddings.)
